Shipping policy

UK delivery

Standard delivery is free on every UK order. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout.

Delivery takes 9–13 business days from the day you place your order. That covers 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch it, and 8–10 business days in transit.

United States and Canada

Standard delivery to the United States and Canada is also free, and usually takes 9–13 business days. Any import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority are paid by you and are not refundable by us.

If your order is late

Delivery times are estimates, and carriers or customs can occasionally add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 13 business days, email us at support@worldoftrendz.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Returns

See our Refund policy for how returns and refunds work.
